Jobot is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician for nights in Germantown, WI. You will perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment, including electrical and PLC systems.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance, experience in food manufacturing, welding certification, and the ability to read schematics. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, tuition reimbursement, and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Minimum 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing environment required.
• Strong background in electrical systems (AC/DC, 480V).
• PLC troubleshooting with Allen Bradley required.
• Welding certification or strong welding experience required.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics and diagrams.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and safe work practices.

Responsabilidades

• Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems (480V, 240V, 120V).
• Diagnose and troubleshoot PLC systems (Allen Bradley).
• Conduct mechanical repairs on conveyors, augers, mixers, pumps, and drive systems.
• Perform maintenance on fillers, cappers, cookers, coolers, and processing equipment.
• Execute welding and fabrication tasks, including torch cutting and plasma cutting.
• Maintain and repair refrigeration systems, boilers, and water softeners.
• Read and interpret electrical and mechanical schematics.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and plant safety procedures.
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment as needed.
