Job summary

GLK Sauerkraut in Bear Creek, WI is seeking a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician (Level III) for night shift. You will diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation systems, troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs and sensors, and lead root-cause analysis.

Qualifications

• Approx. 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Advanced electrical, mechanical and controls troubleshooting.
• Read electrical schematics; PLC programming and robotics a plus.
• Strong safety, communication and problem-solving skills.
• High school diploma or GED; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation issues.
• Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors and automated production/packaging equipment.
• Lead root-cause failure analysis and implement lasting fixes.
• Drive preventive and predictive maintenance and support upgrades.
• Mentor developing technicians and cooperate with production and quality teams.
• Document work and follow lockout/tagout procedures; promote safety.
