Job summary

Fermented Food Holdings (FFH) — the parent company behind GLK Sauerkraut — seeks a Senior Industrial Maintenance Technician (Level III) for the Bear Creek, WI night shift. You will diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation issues and lead root-cause analyses to minimize downtime while supporting safety and continuous improvement.

This hands-on role offers night-shift pay differential, sign-on options, relocation help and a path toward leadership opportunities

Qualifications

5+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
Advanced electrical, mechanical and controls troubleshooting; strong PLC/automation knowledge.
Independently diagnose complex failures and read electrical schematics; PLC programming and robotics experience a plus.
Strong safety practices, communication, ownership and problem-solving skills.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training or apprenticeship preferred.

Responsibilities

Diagnose complex electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and automation issues.
Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, sensors and automated production/packaging equipment.
Lead root-cause failure analysis, implement lasting fixes and reduce unplanned downtime.
Drive preventive and predictive maintenance; support equipment upgrades, rebuilds and installations.
Partner with production and quality teams; mentor developing technicians.
Document work, follow lockout/tagout procedures and lead by example on safety.
