Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repairs.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot moderately complex equipment.
• Electrical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read blueprints, manuals, and schematics.
• Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, conveyors, and production equipment.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Knowledge of automated controls and production machinery.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize repairs to support production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain production and facility equipment.
• Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to improve reliability.
• Respond to breakdowns and support recovery of production.
• Assist with installations, modifications, changeovers, and rebuilds.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, manuals, and drawings.
• Inspect and test machinery, motors, and automated equipment.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs.
• Support safety, quality, and efficiency improvement efforts.
