Polyglass USA, Inc. in Winter Haven, FL is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for an overnight shift from 7pm to 7am, with training on days.

The role focuses on maintaining and repairing manufacturing equipment, with opportunities to learn and grow within a stable, family-focused company. You will troubleshoot motors and controls, work with sensors and drives, and participate in preventive maintenance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 1 year of related experience or vocational training.
• Electrical knowledge and experience.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Metal fabrication and/or welding skills are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment, including motors and motor controls.
• Work with industrial controls, sensors, and drives.
• Perform weekly lubrication of plant processes and equipment.
• Disassemble and reassemble asphalt pumps and replace packing in pumps and valves.
• Replace and align motors, gearboxes, belts, and pulleys.
• Serve as on-duty line maintenance operator and document daily logs.
