The ideal candidate will train production staff, ensure KPI-driven performance, and maintain accurate inventories. Proficiency with MS Office and prior supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of industry experience or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Promotes quality system and production procedures.
• Develops weekly/monthly production schedule with MRP.
• Trains production employees to maximize production efficiency (KPIs).
• Ensures plant runs efficiently while meeting quality standards.
• Available for 24/7 plant support via phone.
• Handles inventory of PPE and materials.
