Job summary

Cytiva seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our Pensacola on-site facilities team, working night shifts with a 4 days on/4 days off schedule. You will focus on electrical and multi-craft maintenance across production and utility systems to ensure reliable operations.

The role requires strong problem-solving skills, experience with CMMS and SAP documentation, and the ability to troubleshoot complex equipment while minimizing downtime.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an Industrial Plant environment or field maintenance
• Demonstrated electrical knowledge or experience
• Ability to accurately document work performed in CMMS or other maintenance management system

Responsibilities

• Significant electrical focus with multi-craft needs.
• Diagnose and repair electrical or mechanical equipment and process problems; input data into SAP/CMMS and prepare reports.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production, facilities, and auxiliary equipment including boilers, air compressors, air handlers, chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and water treatment systems.
