Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years mechanical/maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Associates degree or technical training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure consumer foods are manufactured to food safety, quality and regulatory standards.
• Support safety policies and maintain safe work practices.
• Operate, maintain, and clean production equipment.
• Follow GMP standards and improve operating procedures.
• Perform preventive maintenance and respond to repairs timely.
• Inspect and repair mechanical and pneumatic systems; refer to drawings and manuals.
• Coach teammates on technical skills and safety.
• Lead training and qualification activities for the area.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce losses and improve safety, quality, and production results.
• Create and update documentation as needed.
