Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Electrician for Tolleson, AZ, on the night shift (6:30pm–6:30am, 3/2/3). The role focuses on troubleshooting, maintenance and repair of electrical, mechanical and processing systems in a manufacturing setting.

The candidate should have a minimum of five years' experience as an industrial maintenance electrician, and an associate degree in an electrical field is a plus. Strong safety, communication and teamwork are required.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in electrical related field is a plus.
• Minimum of five years industrial maintenance electrician experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots, maintains and repairs industrial electrical control systems.
• Conducts preventive maintenance programs and keeps accurate maintenance records.
• Reads and interprets drawings, blueprints, schematics and electrical code specifications.
• Installs, tests, and repairs electrical wiring, switch boxes, conduits and lighting fixtures.
• Maintains and tests switchgear, transformers and motors.
• Assists and trains production employees in proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
