Job summary

Graham Packaging Company is hiring a Maintenance Electrician for the Tolleson, AZ facility. This night shift role runs 6:30pm–6:30am on a 3/2/3 schedule, with a pay range of $35.90/hr to $43.45/hr.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of electrical, mechanical and processing systems on production equipment and facilities. The position requires a two-year electrical degree (a plus) and at least five years of industrial maintenance electrician experience.

Qualifications

• Two year Associate Degree in electrical related field is a plus.
• A minimum of five years industrial maintenance electrician experience preferred.
• Must interact well with managers, employees, vendors, and customers.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, maintain and repair electrical, mechanical and processing systems on production equipment and buildings.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on production equipment.
• Read drawings, schematics and electrical code specs for installation layouts.
• Install/repair wiring, conduits, lighting and electrical components.
• Test equipment for continuity, current, voltage, and resistance.
• Calibrate instrumentation and control systems as required.
• Train production staff on proper operation and maintenance of machinery.
