You will install, inspect, test, operate, and repair electrical switchgear, distribution wiring, and control systems; troubleshoot lighting, motors, relays, and related components; read drawings and wiring diagrams; maintain records and respond to emergencies; weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of electrical experience in an industrial environment.
• Must be able to follow safety procedures and precautions.
• Ability to read and understand instructions in English.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual preferred but not required (English/Spanish).

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and compliance with policy and regulations.
• Install, inspect, test, operate, and repair electrical switchgear, wiring, and conduit.
• Troubleshoot lighting control systems and related components.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical devices, motor starters, relays, contractors.
• Use electrical testing equipment to trace circuitry and document repairs.
• Advise supervisor on progress and material/labor needs.
• Read drawings and wiring diagrams; complete maintenance as scheduled.
• Respond to emergency repairs and maintain inventory of tools.

Associate's degree in industrial Electronics or similar field
