Job summary

Plasman is seeking a Technician Cleaner at the Ft. Payne plant. Shifts are Friday through Tuesday, 10pm to 6:30am, with Wednesday and Thursday off, or Wednesday through Sunday, 10pm to 6:30am, with Monday and Tuesday off.

The role focuses on performing hands-on cleaning, maintaining a neat and safe work area, following team leader instructions, and supporting safety compliance per OSHA guidelines. Reliability and adherence to procedures are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Some High School Education acceptable.
• Understanding of mechanical concepts and applications.

Responsibilities

• Arrives at work locations on time and demonstrates a professional attitude toward fellow employees and customers.
• Performs cleaning work in an efficient and safe manner as directed by team leaders, supervisors or account manager.
• Assists the team leader with on-the-job training of new hires and transfers when required; maintains clean work area and break areas.
• Keeps work area and break areas in the cleanest possible condition; completes daily shift-end summaries and required paperwork.
• Follows OSHA guidelines and MPW safety standards; reports issues to supervisor immediately; follows directions as provided by supervisor.
