Caravan Facilities Management L.L.C. seeks an Industrial Cleaner for our Fort Wayne Assembly site in Roanoke, IN. This full-time, on-site role supports housekeeping across shop floors, offices, and common areas.

Responsibilities include cleaning diverse areas, stocking facilities, removing waste, and operating industrial equipment. The position requires reliability, safety awareness, and ability to perform under varying conditions.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean all plant areas including shop floor, warehouse, docks, washrooms, offices and break rooms.
• Restock washrooms, break rooms and cafeterias.
• Clean spills and remove garbage.
• Limited outside trash pickup and minor snow removal near doorways.
• Operate industrial trucks such as sweeper scrubbers, tote vehicles and forklifts.
• Complete special cleaning projects as required by the customer or company.
