Job summary

Caravan Facilities Management L.L.C. is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to maintain clean and orderly premises across multiple areas including shop floors, warehouses, offices and break rooms.

You will restock amenities, handle spills, manage outdoor duties and operate equipment such as scrubbers and forklifts. The role requires reliability, attention to safety, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean all plant areas: shop floor, warehouse, docks, washrooms, offices, break rooms, meeting areas, cafeteria and locker rooms.
• Restock washrooms, break rooms and cafeterias.
• Clean spills and remove garbage.
• Limited outside trash pickup, salt/snow removal near doorways and minor outdoor duties.
• Operate industrial trucks including sweeper scrubbers, tote vehicles and forklifts.
• Perform special cleaning projects as required by the customer or Company.
