Job summary

A. Duie Pyle, Inc. in Etna, PA is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to safely move freight on and off trailers and verify documents using electronic and manual systems. Forklift experience is preferred.

Earn $22.80 hourly plus a $0.70 shift differential, with a raise to $27.65 after 12 months. Expect a 12:00 AM start, Tue-Sat, weekly pay, PTO, holidays, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety rules.
• Read, write and speak English; communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading freight on trailers using forklift or pallet jack.
• Picking, staging, and securing freight inside trailers to ensure safe transport.
• Using document management systems to track freight locations.
• Communicating with terminal personnel and drivers.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts and weekends.
• Operate with a customer service mindset.
