A. Duie Pyle is seeking a full-time Inbound Dockworker to join our team in Etna, PA. This role safely transports freight on and off trailers, verifies related documentation, and requires preferred forklift experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior forklift or material handling equipment experience preferred.
• Experience in warehousing, freight, or logistics preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment safely and follow safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklift or electric pallet jack.
• Pick, stage, and secure freight inside trailers for safe transport.
• Use document management system to track freight locations in the terminal.
• Communicate with terminal personnel and drivers to coordinate shipments.
• Maintain a flexible schedule, including day/night shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Deliver customer service with a proactive, safety-first mindset.
