AdventHealth Calhoun is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the ICU, night shift (7:00 pm–7:00 am), full-time, rotating weekends. Expect strong patient care responsibilities, medication administration, and care planning with the multidisciplinary team.

Eligible clinicians may earn up to 20% salary increases through the Clinical Ladder Program. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates, with comprehensive benefits from day one and growth opportunities within AdventHealth.

Qualifications

• RN-ICU role requiring licensure and critical care skills.
• Clinical skills include patient assessment, medication administration, and documentation.
• Ability to collaborate with physicians, therapists, and care team.
• Experience with SMART goal setting and individualized care planning preferred.
• Fluency in English; strong communication across patient/family and team.

Responsabilités

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and document findings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with SMART goals.
• Administer medications and treatments; manage wounds, IVs, and catheters.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments and discharge plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care and safety.
