Job summary

Sentara Halifax Regional Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for the ICU on the Night shift. The role requires an RN license and ICU experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $20,000 for qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• 1 year ICU experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide competent nursing care using the nursing process.
• Conduct assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Uphold ethics, cultural congruence, communication, collaboration and leadership.
• Support ICU patients with monitoring and evidence-based care.
