Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing monitoring in the ICU.
• Manage complex medications and infusions with attention to safety and accuracy.
• Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to patient condition changes.
• Operate and manage advanced life-support and monitoring equipment (e.g., ventilators and hemodynamic monitors).
• Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to deliver patient-centered care.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and clinical documentation.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to strengthen ICU practice.
