Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, medication administration with safety, age-appropriate care planning, collaboration with the care team, and discharge planning while maintaining HIPAA compliance and professional conduct.

• Identifies patient problems and prioritizes nursing interventions.
• Delivers nursing care interventions to meet patient needs and safety goals.
• Evaluates patient and family teaching and revises plans as needed.
• Advocates for patients and coordinates discharge planning.
• Collaborates with unlicensed staff and delegates appropriately.
• Maintains compliance with policies, HIPAA, and accreditation standards.
