Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company in The Woodlands, TX seeks an experienced HVAC Technician to maintain and support day-to-day facilities operations, ensuring clean, safe, and efficient environments for production, data centers, and studios.

Responsibilities include routine and emergency maintenance on Chillers, air handling, pumps, and building management systems, plus on-call support and coordination with vendors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC tech / building maintenance experience.
• EPA Universal Refrigerant Certification is required.
• Knowledge of Trane Chillers and chilled water systems; VFD controllers knowledge.
• Basic refrigeration equipment knowledge and EPA license depth.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and emergency HVAC maintenance at The Woodlands facility.
• Maintain Building Management System.
• Install HVAC equipment and ductwork for minor renovations.
• Respond to on-call emergencies and after-hours trouble calls.
• Coordinate with third-party service vendors as needed.
• Support production facilities, data centers, and studios.
