Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintains, installs plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and building systems.
• Performs preventative maintenance and keeps records.
• Diagnoses and troubleshoots electrical, HVAC, plumbing equipment; repairs fixtures and equipment.
• Read schematics and blueprints.
• Perform mechanical maintenance and replace worn parts.
