Perdue Farms Inc. in Rockingham, NC is seeking an Associate Relations Representative for the 3rd shift to support a positive workplace and partner with associates and management across the facility.

You will help deliver HR programs, lead new hire orientation, and foster engagement, communication, and organizational success in a team‑oriented environment. This role emphasizes relationship-building, effective coaching, and exemplary customer service while ensuring policy consistency and adherence

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, labor relations or related field.
• 3-5 years’ experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience with problem-solving automated timekeeping systems and orientation of new associates.
• Ability to multi-task and organize multiple projects.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsabilidades

• Participate in conflict resolution and improve absenteeism, turnover and plant efficiencies.
• Ensure consistent policy application.
• Provide training to supervisory personnel on policies and procedures.
• Lead new hire orientation using company materials.
• Schedule, conduct, facilitate, audit and improve new hire orientation.
• Coach supervisory personnel to improve workforce direction.
• Participate in Peer and Management Review processes.
• Identify and implement methods to reduce turnover.
