MasterCorp, Inc. is seeking a Timeshare Supervisor/Inspector to oversee housekeeping staff and ensure rooms are cleaned efficiently and to a high standard. You will train staff, assist during busy periods, and report maintenance needs while upholding our mission and values.

The role requires flexible hours, occasional travel, and a hands-on approach to ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence in resort settings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; strong work ethic and motivation.
• Desire to help others and ability to train staff.
• Willingness to work irregular hours and travel up to ~5% quarterly.
• Commitment to cleanliness and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high standards of excellence among housekeeping staff.
• Assign duties to housekeeping personnel and oversee room prep during peak periods.
• Assist in training new staff and report maintenance issues.
• Inspect units for cleanliness, stains, wear, and readiness; ensure timely turnover.
• Maintain inventory and straighten storage areas; support guest relations.
