Ernest Health, Inc. seeks a House Supervisor for the full-time night shift at Mountain Valley Regional Rehabilitation Hospital in Prescott Valley, AZ. The role provides nursing leadership and coordinates patient care on the assigned unit.

It requires an active RN license, CPR, and at least one year of acute care experience, with ACLS preferred. The supervisor will ensure care standards and support hospital mission and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current state Registered Nurse license required.
• Current CPR Certification required.
• One (1) year recent experience required. Acute care setting preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• The House Supervisor is responsible for administrative supervision of nursing services on the assigned shift.
• Supervises and coordinates activities of nursing personnel to maintain continuity of patient care.
• Provides professional nursing care to patients within assigned unit.
• Integrates the hospital’s mission and “Guiding Principles” into daily practice.
