Responsibilities

• Acts as unit Clinical Supervisor; leads staffing, orientation, supervision, and education.
• Manages staffing to meet patient care needs and coaches staff for success.
• Assists in budget development and allocation of resources to achieve unit objectives.
• Develops and monitors policies, procedures, and quality initiatives to ensure safe care.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and promotes PDCA/Lean Six Sigma
• Fosters cross-functional relationships and supports staff to deliver high-quality care.
