Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience. Specialized police or security training preferred.
• Two years of experience in related security position. Hotel or resort experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service/communication skills to resolve problems and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ability to use mathematics to solve problems.
• Ability to use property's computer and systems to record, store and analyze information.
• Must speak, read, write and understand English to communicate with guests and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Patrols hotel/resort property to ensure safety of guests and team members.
• Investigates and reports accidents or incidents; writes incident reports.
• Maintains records and uses computer systems to monitor activity.
• Provides security escorts and responds to emergency calls.
• Notifies management of unsafe conditions and ensures prompt action.
• Collaborates with other departments to resolve safety concerns.
