Job summary

PM Hotel Group is seeking a Maintenance Technician to handle repairs and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and safety systems. You will troubleshoot equipment, perform inspections, and minimize downtime to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent plus trade-related training in mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry or building maintenance.
• Basic hand and power tools experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Make repairs to electrical, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and refrigeration equipment with minimum downtime.
• Install and replace light fixtures and bulbs.
• Conduct scheduled inspections and repair equipment malfunctions.
• Ensure proper handling and reporting of chemicals and hazardous materials.
• Secure the building by monitoring systems, repairing locks and managing keys.
