Job summary

Lodging Dynamics is seeking an Overnight Maintenance Engineer at Canopy by Hilton Scottsdale Old Town to keep the hotel safe, functional, and well-maintained during overnight hours.

You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot facility and guest room issues, monitor building systems, and support the overall operation while delivering courteous service and maintaining high safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in maintenance, facilities, engineering, construction, or related field.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and life-safety systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on guestrooms, public spaces, and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and fix HVAC, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, and life-safety systems.
• Respond to guest service requests and maintenance work orders overnight.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and shift reports.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness in all areas and follow hotel procedures.
