Job summary

Remington Hotels' Irving property, the Dallas/Fort Worth Airport Marriott, seeks a skilled Hotel Engineer to maintain and operate central HVAC, electrical, plumbing and associated mechanical systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.

You will perform preventive and predictive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, read blueprints, and support boiler, refrigeration and kitchen equipment while coordinating with the engineering team.

Qualifications

• Hotel engineering experience required, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, commercial kitchen and general building construction.

Responsibilities

• Operate central HVAC equipment and mechanical systems following procedures.
• Repair and maintain food production and related kitchen equipment, laundry equipment, ice machines, refrigeration, boilers and plumbing systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical and pneumatic problems and fix them cost-effectively.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on an ongoing basis.
