Job summary

You will perform preventive maintenance, handle minor repairs, and address safety issues with minimal disruption to operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel maintenance or building engineering.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, painting, drywall, HVAC and electrical systems.
• Ability to use hand tools and ladders safely.
• Willingness to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to housekeeping maintenance calls and address room deficiencies.
• Perform preventive maintenance on guest rooms and public spaces.
• Paint touch-ups and minor drywall repairs.
• Replace bulbs, fix leaks, and complete routine maintenance tasks.
• Conduct overnight inspections and follow safety procedures.
• Maintain shift logs and coordinate with front desk and housekeeping.
