Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems for building maintenance.
• High school diploma or trade school equivalency; combinations with experience considered.
• Ability to diagnose issues and perform repairs on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. and work around stairs and ladders as required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CMMS usage.
