Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory, security, and/or law enforcement experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook preferred.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Thorough understanding of hospital and system-wide policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations during the assigned shift to ensure safety of patients, employees, physicians, visitors, and property.
• Supervise security personnel and coordinate responses to security and safety incidents.
• Ensure follow-up and accurate documentation of all events; promote compliance with hospital policies.
• Serve as a visible leader within the hospital, delivering exceptional customer service and assistance to patients, families, visitors, and staff.
