Job summary

The role includes responding to emergencies, assisting with automatic door installations, and snow removal as needed.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, 3–5 years of related experience, and NFPA Hot Work Certification. Onsite position with 40 weekly hours, night shift 6pm–6am.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent required; trade/technical/vocational diploma related field preferred.
• Experience: 3-5 years in related role.
• Certifications: NFPA Hot Work Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine preventive maintenance on automatic doors, roll-up doors, and fire doors.
• Maintains laundry chutes and kitchen equipment; repairs hospital equipment including pallet jacks and SPD carts.
• Assists Automatic Door Technician with installation of new doors and responds to emergency calls.
• Follows ICRA & ILSM guidelines; may assist other trades as needed.
• Responsible for snow removal as needed.
