Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe preparation, compounding, and dispensing of medications.
• Participate in daily rounds and patient education as required.
• Perform narcotic management and inventory control in ADCs and cages.
• Provide drug information and ensure USP compliance in sterile products.
• Contribute to pharmacoeconomic decisions and patient safety.
