Job summary

University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center in Chardon, OH is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider for a hospitalist night shift. The role accepts NP/PA with THRIVE training option for new grads. Will work 7pm–7am with a focus on patient access and satisfaction.

Requirements include MSN or PA program degree; 1+ year NP/PA experience preferred. BLS required; ACLS preferred. UH offers medical/dental/vision, PTO, and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to access patient data and use UH mainframe.
• Proficient in MS Office and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Provide NP/PA care during night shift (7pm–7am).
• Establish plans of care based on carepaths and standards.
• Perform patient assessments and assign diagnoses.
• Collaborate with health care teams to deliver patient care.
• Support educational development of staff and patients.
