Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience as a maintenance worker in a commercial setting.
• Knowledge of basic electricity and plumbing.

Responsibilities

• Responds to calls and pager notifications promptly.
• Documents maintenance work on logs and work orders.
• Performs preventative maintenance as directed.
• Evaluates requests and coordinates with engineering resources.
• Notifies appropriate personnel for urgent requests.
• Replaces light bulbs and tubes per schedule.
• Assesses urgency and responds to sites as needed.
• Follows safety equipment and OSHA standards at all times.
