Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Directs patient placement and nurse staffing across the hospital.
• Makes final unit assignments based on ATD guidelines and expertise.
• Directs nurse staffing and coordinates supplemental agency nurses.
• Acts as immediate supervisor for Central Staffing Office and Float Unit Staff.
• Responds to hospital emergencies and initiates Codes as needed.
• Collaborates with directors to implement hospital values, policies and procedures.
