Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a dedicated EVS Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team in Norwalk, CA. The role focuses on cleanliness, safety, and the overall appearance of patient rooms and public areas, supporting a healthy hospital environment.

Responsibilities include cleaning, disinfection, floor care, waste removal, inventory maintenance, and adherence to infection prevention protocols. Previous healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus but not required; high school

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience in healthcare housekeeping is a plus but not required.
Strong attention to detail and time management are essential.

Responsibilities

Clean and disinfect patient rooms, offices, hallways and public areas following infection control standards.
Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and maintain cleanliness and safety.
Empty trash, replace liners, and transport waste to designated areas.
Restock cleaning supplies and report shortages to supervisor.
Follow PPE and safety protocols; maintain equipment in good condition.
Provide courteous service to patients and staff while protecting confidentiality.
