Lemontree Healthcare is seeking a dedicated EVS Housekeeper to join our Environmental Services team in Hialeah, FL. You will maintain cleanliness, safety, and appearance of patient rooms, public areas, and designated spaces within the healthcare facility.

This full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule with every other weekend, 3:00pm–11:30pm, and a pay rate of $15.00 per hour. Previous healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus, and we provide competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Healthcare housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to follow instructions and perform tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical requirements: lift up to 25 lbs, stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean and disinfect patient rooms, bathrooms, offices, hallways, and public areas in accordance with infection control standards.
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness and safety.
• Handle trash and linens; transport waste and deliver to laundry facilities.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies; report shortages to EVS Supervisor.
• Follow PPE and infection control protocols; ensure equipment is maintained.
• Provide friendly, respectful service to patients, visitors, and staff while maintaining confidentiality.
• Assist with quality assurance checks and report safety or cleanliness concerns to EVS Supervisor or Manager.
• Adhere to healthcare facility policies, state regulations, and infection prevention protocols.
