Job summary

Agiliti is seeking a Hospital Service Technician I to support equipment management in a hospital setting. You will deliver equipment to patient rooms in ready-to-use condition, communicate with clinical staff about equipment features, and ensure equipment is cleaned and processed per hospital protocols.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds and stand for long periods.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience required; prior hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, to support a 24/7 schedule.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition with appropriate software, accessories, and disposables.
• Confidently communicates with clinical staff on equipment features and functionality.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes all equipment, preparing it for patient-ready use following all protocols.
