Job summary

Agiliti is hiring a Hospital Service Technician I at Cooper University Hospital in Camden, NJ. You will deliver equipment, communicate with clinical staff, and ensure equipment readiness in a fast-paced hospital environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, customer service experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds; shift is Monday–Friday with rotating weekends, 7:00am–3:30pm. Benefits included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience required; hospital setting preferred.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays, plus emergency off-hours.
• Able to lift up to 75 pounds and stand/walk for long periods.
• Be able to frequently bend, stoop, twist, climb, crouch/squat, kneel/crawl, sit, and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Delivers equipment to patient rooms or standby locations in patient-ready condition.
• Communicates with clinical staff about equipment features and functionality.
• Provides quality service and meets customer and company metrics.
• Picks up, cleans, and processes equipment per protocols.
