Salinas Valley Health is seeking an Environmental Services Tech for night shift in Salinas, CA. You will perform a wide range of cleaning and sanitation tasks to maintain a safe, sanitary, and attractive hospital environment for patients, staff, and visitors.

You will clean and stock carts, operate cleaning equipment, and assist in basic facility setup. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with a valid driver’s license and a DOT Medical Waste certificate.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensure: Valid Driver’s License; DOT Medical Waste certificate required.
• Experience: Preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Clean assigned areas by department policies and procedures.
• Dust mops, wet mops, and buff floors with automatic equipment.
• Vacuum carpets and move furniture as needed.
• Strip and resurface hard floors and shampoo carpets.
• Load, unload, and transport furniture, equipment, and trash cans.
• Clean outside trash area, wash windows and entrances.
