Qualifications

• No Degree or Diploma (Required).
• Ability to demonstrate skill in reading and following directions.
• Must demonstrate customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Cleans and maintains patient rooms, public areas, and service areas according to assignments.
• Obtains cleaning or maintenance requests from automated system, daily sheet, or verbal directions.
• Moves beds or furniture as needed to service customers or execute cleaning tasks.
• Maintains stocked carts and linen distribution to support hospital operations.
• Performs storeroom maintenance and adheres to safety and cleanliness standards.
• Delivers a high level of customer service to patients and other customers.
