Job summary

AdventHealth Land O Lakes is seeking a full-time Environmental Services Associate for the night shift to support patient care by maintaining clean, safe facilities and proper waste handling. You will collect trash carts, respond to special pickups, and transport waste while following safety protocols.

The role requires reading and following instructions, English communication, and a high school diploma. Florida background screening may apply.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Ability to read and follow written instructions.
Able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

Collects trash carts and delivers them to assigned area according to schedule.
Responds to requests for special trash pickups and relines trash containers as needed.
Transports trash carts from collection point to designated area.
Attends required Safety Training and follows safety protocols.
Promotes working relations across departments to meet goals.
Monitors equipment and ensures supplies are stocked.
Assists in cleanup of emergency spills as requested.
Uses PPE in all job duties.
Other duties as assigned.
Interacts with patients/customers appropriately per age-based needs.
