Responsibilities

• Monitor bed status and coordinate admissions to optimize patient flow.
• Make administrative decisions in complex/predictable situations with House Supervisor input.
• Coordinate transfers and liaise with ED, physicians, and staff.
• Assist with staffing plans and allocate Resource Pool per shift.
• Support quality and performance improvement initiatives.
