Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care activities.
• Assist with procedures ordered by a physician under RN/PT/OT/ST supervision.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and transfers.
• Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Keep patient environment clean and orderly.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patient condition and care taken.
• Escalate changes in condition to patient’s physician as appropriate.
