As a Home Health Aide on our Hospice team, you will care for patients where they need you most, whether at home, a nursing facility, assisted living center or other location. In this role, you can help enhance their outlook on their experience, even when their futures seem uncertain. A caregiver in this position works nights, 9:00pm - 5:00am. This would be 3 days a week, 8 hour shifts. Every 3rd weekend at the Hospice Care Center. This role will support our Southern Territory and the Hospice Care Center.
