Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One year experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Proficient with tape measure and basic data entry.
• Ability to read safety rules and operate instructions.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain horizontal saws.
• Process core to required thickness per specs.
• Verify cell count and dimensions; ensure surface quality.
• Record thickness, tolerance, and density in SPC system.
• Assist in trimming, sawing, and rework as needed.
• Support block preparation and machine changeovers.
