Kitchen Guard of Austin is seeking a Night Shift Kitchen Cleaning Technician to join our team in Driftwood. The role covers power washing kitchen exhaust systems, preparing sites, and working independently with safety at the forefront.

Shift: Overnight Sunday-Thursday, 10 PM–9 AM. Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and comfort working at heights. Training and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 5yr experience driving a commercial Van.
• Be physically able to climb ladders to gain rooftop access to commercial establishments.
• Ability to squat, lift, and carry 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for 10 hours at a time.
• Have excellent attention to detail and work fast and efficiently.
• Valid Driver's License and clean record.
• Clean background check.
• Osha training.
• Operations experience.
• Previous commercial Hood cleaning experience.

Responsibilities

• Power washing kitchen exhaust systems, covering hoods, ductwork, filters, and exhaust fans.
• Efficient setup and takedown of job sites and equipment.
• Performing tasks independently without direct supervision.
• Maintain and manage equipment, and report any discrepancies.

Job Overview
